Don Taylor

Don Taylor is a senior partner at Taylor Thuss. He is a civil trial law specialist, board certified in Civil Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and the National Board of Trial Advocacy.

His practice is focused on general litigation, securities litigation, commercial litigation, corporate fiduciary litigation, class actions, product liability, and insurance defense. He has represented clients, both plaintiff and defendant, in a wide array of litigation matters in more than thirty-five years of practice. He has handled over forty jury trials and several hundred mediations and arbitrations. His experience includes representation in trial court and courts of appeals in state and federal courts. Mr. Taylor successfully represented clients in very high dollar disputes and class action lawsuits.

Mr. Taylor is a Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation. He has earned Martindale Hubble’s highest possible attorney rating of AV.

Natalie Taylor Thuss

Natalie Taylor Thuss is a partner at Taylor Thuss. She received her Bachelor of Engineering, cum laude, from Vanderbilt University in 2002 and her Juris Doctorate, with honors, from the University of Texas Law School in 2006. Natalie grew up in Austin and has always practiced law in Austin.

She began her legal career at a large international law firm primarily representing high-tech companies in patent/IP and securities disputes. She then joined a premiere litigation boutique where she had the opportunity to expand her practice, representing both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide array of complex commercial disputes. She was also a partner in a small firm, and prior to forming Taylor Thuss, she practiced for several years with Taylor Dunham LLP.

Ms. Taylor Thuss has a broad commercial litigation practice. She has experience litigating matters involving professional negligence, breaches of fiduciary duty, business contracts, business divorces, shareholder and partnership disputes, negligence, fraud, intellectual property and licensing disputes, unfair competition, employment disputes, construction, real estate, collections, and more.

Jeff Taylor

Jeff Taylor is of counsel to Taylor Thuss.  In addition to his  affiliation with us, he maintains his own practice at Jefftaylorlaw.com. He built a reputation as a serious litigator and skilled orator. Mr. Taylor spent the first six years of his career representing some of the largest companies in the world. During his 15 years as an attorney he has handled civil cases of every nature and size.

After graduating from ​Vanderbilt University, cum laude, with Bachelor of Arts degrees in Political Science and Spanish, Jeff attended Baylor Law School, where he obtained his J.D. with a specialization in general civil litigation.

He focuses his legal practice on local business needs, including real estate law, business transactions, collections and business disputes.

Jeff also speaks and writes fluently in Spanish.
